A Legal Disclaimer
At IDUBAI we provide four different alternatives to any generation as per your scope of work and instructions to suit your product or campaign. Once agreed and paid, no refund is entitled. Should you wish to make changes to obtain additional generations a new fee is payable. We do not accept payment until the client is happy with the generations and/or animation which we will provide in low resolution with an IDUBAI watermark. Once payment has been made the client owns all rights to each generation. IDUBAI retains the IP of each generation and prompts used. Clients do not have access nor can claim access or ownership to prompts used by IDUBAI.
Refund Policy - the basics
No refund policy applies to digital AI generations for static images or animations. Once payment has been received, it is assumed that the client and IDUBAI consultants have agreed that the product has been finalised to the client's satisfaction and no refund will be issued once the AI generations have been paid for and used in a client's campaign or post on social media or webaite.
Exceptions to refund policy
IDUBAI will issue a refund to any generation if there are spelling mistakes, wrong character details, morphing, or wrong background.
